Allah or Jesus?
By Rick Mathes
The Muslim religion is the fastest growing
religion per capita in the United States, especially in the minority races
!!!
Last month I attended my annual training session
that's required for maintaining my state prison security clearance. During
the training session there was a presentation by three speakers representing
the Roman Catholic, Protestant, and Muslim faiths, who explained each of
their beliefs.
I was particularly interested in what the Islam
Imam had to say. The man gave a great presentation of the basics of Islam,
complete with a video. After the presentations, time was provided for
questions and answers.
When it was my turn, I directed my question to
the Imam and asked: "Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I understand that
most Islam's and clerics of Islam have declared a holy jihad (Holy War)
against the infidels of the world, and that by killing an infidel, (which is
a command to all Muslims) they are assured of a place in heaven. If that's
the case, can you give me the definition of an infidel ?"
There was no disagreement with my statements
and, without hesitation, he replied "Non-believers!"
I responded, "So, let me make sure I have this
straight. All followers of Allah have been commanded to kill everyone who is
not of your faith so they can have a place in Heaven. Is that correct ?"
The expression on his face changed from one of
authority and command to that of 'a little boy who had just been caught with
his hand in the cookie jar'. He sheepishly replied, "Yes."
I then stated, "Well sir, I have a real problem
trying to imagine Pope John Paul commanding all Catholics to kill those of
your faith or Dr. Stanley ordering all protestants to do the same to
guarantee them a place in Heaven. I also have a problem with being your
'friend' when you and your brother clerics are telling your followers to
kill me! Let me ask you a question. Would you rather have your Allah, who
tells you to kill me in order for you to go to Heaven, or my Jesus who tells
me to love you because I'm going to Heaven and He wants you to be there with
me ?"
You could have heard a pin drop as the Imam hung
his head in shame.
Needless to say, the organizers and promoters of
the "Diversification training seminar" were not happy with Ricks' way of
dealing with the Islamic Imam and exposing the truth about the Muslims'
beliefs.
In twenty years, there will be enough Muslim
voters in the U.S. to choose the President.
With the ACLU, Liberal Media, and Liberal
Justice System -- there is no way this will be widely published. This is a
true story and the author Rick Mathes is a well known leader in prison
Ministry.
This Pastor has the guts to say what
every Christian should:
Minister
Joe Wright was asked to open the new session of the Kansas State, and
everyone was expecting the usual generalities, but this is what was said;
Heavenly Father, We come before you
today to ask your forgiveness and to seek your direction and guidance.
We know
Your Word says, 'Woe to those who call evil good', but that is exactly what
we have done.
We have
lost our spiritual equilibrium and reversed our values.
We have
exploited the poor and called it the lottery.
We have
rewarded laziness and call it welfare.
We have
killed our unborn and called it choice.
We have
shot abortionists, and called it justifiable.
We have
neglected to discipline our children, and called it building self esteem.
We have
abused power and called it politics.
We have
coveted our neighbors possessions and called it ambition.
We have
polluted the air with profanity and pornography and called it freedom of
speech and expression.
We have
ridiculed the time honored values of our forefathers, and called it
enlightenment.
Search
us, oh GOD, and know our hearts today
Cleanse
us from every sin and set us free. AMEN !
The response was immediate--a
number of legislators walked out during the prayer in protest. In 6 short weeks, Central
Christian Church received 5000 phone calls, of which only 47 were negative
in response. The church now receives international requests for a copy of
these spoken words in prayer.
Commentator Paul Harvey aired
this prayer on his radio program "The Rest of the Story' and received a
larger response to this program than any other aired.
With the Lords' help, may
prayer sweep this continent and bring us wholeheartedly with desire to
become one nation under God again.
The following was written by Ben
Stein and recited by him on CBS Sunday Morning Commentary
My confession:
I am a Jew, and every single one of my
ancestors was Jewish. And it does not bother me even a little bit when
people call those beautiful lit up, bejeweled trees, Christmas trees.. I
don't feel threatened. I don't feel discriminated against. That's what they
are: Christmas trees.
It doesn't bother me a bit when people say,
'Merry Christmas' to me. I don't think they are slighting me or getting
ready to put me in a ghetto. In fact, I kind of like it It shows that we are
all brothers and sisters celebrating this happy time of year. It doesn't
bother me at all that there is a manger scene on display at a key
intersection near my beach house in Malibu . If people want a crèche, it's
just as fine with me as is the Menorah a few hundred yards away.
I don't like getting pushed around for being
a Jew, and I don't think Christians like getting pushed around for being
Christians. I think people who believe in God are sick and tired of getting
pushed around, period. I have no idea where the concept came from that
America is an explicitly atheist country. I can't find it in the
Constitution and I don't like it being shoved down my throat.
Or maybe I can put it another way: where did
the idea come from that we should worship celebrities and we aren't allowed
to worship God as we understand Him? I guess that's a sign that I'm getting
old, too. But there are a lot of us who are wondering where these
celebrities came from and where the America we knew went to.
In light of the many jokes we send to one another for a laugh, this is a
little different: This is not intended to be a joke; it's not funny, it's
intended to get you thinking.
Billy Graham's daughter was interviewed on
the Early Show and Jane Clayson asked her 'How could God let something like
this happen?' (regarding Katrina) Anne Graham gave an extremely profound and
insightful response. She said, 'I believe God is deeply saddened by this,
just as we are, but for years we've been telling God to get out of our
schools, to get out of our government and to get out of our lives. And being
the gentleman He is, I believe He has calmly backed out. How can we expect
God to give us His blessing and His protection if we demand He leave us
alone?'
In light of recent events... terrorists
attack, school shootings, etc. I think it started when Madeleine Murray
O'Hare (she was murdered, her body found a few years ago) complained she
didn't want prayer in our schools, and we said OK. Then someone said you
better not read the Bible in school. The Bible says thou shalt not kill,
thou shalt not steal, and love your neighbor as yourself. And we said OK.
Then Dr. Benjamin Spock said we shouldn't
spank our children when they misbehave because their little personalities
would be warped and we might damage their self-esteem (Dr Spock's son
committed suicide). We said an expert should know what he's talking about.
And we said OK.
Now we're asking ourselves why our children
have no conscience, why they don't know right from wrong, and why it doesn't
bother them to kill strangers, their classmates, and themselves.
Probably, if we think about it long and hard
enough, we can figure it out. I think it has a great deal to do with 'WE
REAP WHAT WE SOW.'
Funny how simple it is for people to trash
God and then wonder why the world's going to hell Funny how we believe what
the newspapers say, but question what the Bible says. Funny how you can send
'jokes' through e-mail and they spread like wildfire but when you start
sending messages regarding the Lord, people think twice about sharing. Funny
how lewd, crude, vulgar and obscene articles pass freely through cyberspace,
but public discussion of God is suppressed in the school and workplace.
Are you laughing yet?
Funny how if you copy and forward this
message, you will not send it to many on your address list because you're
not sure what they believe, or what they will think of you for sending it.
Funny how we can be more worried about what
other people think of us than what God thinks of us.
Pass it on if you think it has merit. If not
then just disregard it... no one will know you did. But, if you disregard
this thought process, don't sit back and complain about what bad shape the
world is in.
My Best Regards, Honestly and respectfully,
Ben Stein
